For almost five decades, we have been focused on perfect surfaces. At our St. Lorenzen im Mürztal location, we combine decades of expertise with highly modern, largely automated powder coating technology. This enables us to coat everything required in metal construction – precisely, durably, and with visual appeal. Our processes are highly precise and resource-efficient: thanks to innovative pre-treatment systems, we operate with water conservation, energy efficiency, and completely without chrome. The result is sustainable quality that is convincing not only today but will also last tomorrow. More than 100 business customers from metal, steel, fence, door, window, facade, and conservatory construction, as well as numerous metalworking shops and glassworks, rely on this combination of experience, precision, and innovation.

All surfaces are available in all common RAL colors. We also realize custom colors and wood decor coatings for a natural look with the advantages of powder coating.
How powder coating works
Powder coating is a well-coordinated interplay of three perfectly matched steps – modern, efficient, and sustainable. Each step is accompanied by strict quality controls. This ensures that every part leaves our facility in perfect condition.
1. Pre-treatment
Before color comes into play, the material is thoroughly cleaned and optimally prepared. Since 2024, this process has been fully automated,
water-saving and chrome-free. This ensures perfect adhesion, increases corrosion protection and protects the environment at the same time.
2. Applying powder
In our modern coating booths, the powder is electrically charged and evenly applied. The result: a homogeneous, clean layer – regardless of whether it is a single part or a series. Even complex shapes and hard-to-reach areas are reliably coated.
3. Curing
The powder is baked in the oven at up to 240 °C. This creates a robust, durable surface that can withstand the highest loads – ideal for components that will be used indoors or outdoors for many years.
